Here it is: my "LOVE YOUR SUMMER" PLAN!!!!! Whoooooo!
As you can see it increasingly gets harder and more intense. Don’t be scared about the amount of reps in the last days because your body will get gradually used to the exercises.
This plan starts TOMORROW, May 20th and ends the 16th. In the end I will post a before/after picture of myself (I’ll take one every week). I also have a Countdown Clock in my page so you can track down my progress.

PS: If you don’t have weights, use a pack of milk or beans or even a bottle of water.
