Hello guys!!
Here it is: my "LOVE YOUR SUMMER" PLAN!!!!! Whoooooo!
As you can see it increasingly gets harder and more intense. Don’t be scared about the amount of reps in the last days because your body will get gradually used to the exercises.
This plan starts TOMORROW, May 20th and ends the 16th. In the end I will post a before/after picture of myself (I’ll take one every week). I also have a Countdown Clock in my page so you can track down my progress.
This plan is based on a “Fab-Abs” and a “Tuff Butt” plan I saw online. The “arms routine” you see in the calendar is this one : http://meandmyselfblog.tumblr.com/post/49689093655/berryhealthy-tone-it-up-arm-routine
PS: If you don’t have weights, use a pack of milk or beans or even a bottle of water.
I invite you and challenge you to do this with me! If you do please make sure to share your progress with me!!
Don’t forget to eat clean and drink plenty of water!!!! Stretches are also important!!
