Hi! I usually just write it down on a journal/ notepad. However caloriecounter.com is a great website (you can log your food, water and exercise) and there is also an app version! :)
Ps: I don’t count calories. Just wanted to clear that out ;)

I feel so mirable you can’t even begin to imagine. I think my boyfriend left me for gaining weight (20 pounds) and I really miss him, i think I’m doing a mistake not fighting for him
