I am 5’10 1/2, 20 years old On the left I am 200.8 lbs (April 22 2013) on the right I am 170 lbs. (April 2014) Been a long, hard working year. Still not done. This picture really shows how far I’ve come (at least for myself) I look like an umpa lumpa on the left and I just wish I could show you a before and during in real life! haha it’s much more obvious. My exercise is mainly jogging (3.5-4 miles) 5/6 times a week. Been doing 200 squats a day for the past 2 1/2 weeks so I’ll keep you posted on those results soon! I really hate working out indoors aka why I don’t like the gym aka why I jog outside. Buuuuut when it’s too dark for me to jog bc of school all day, I’ll do the treadmill at the gym, 30 minutes 7.5 speed for 15 min and then 8/9 speed alternating for 15 min. My meals consist of vegetables and fruits since I’m vegetarian and gluten free (for the past 3 months) So I make a lot of vegetable based meals. Veggie patties!!!So good *drool* Lots and lots of water and occasionally some diet coke (Omg yeah, I said it!)

Hope you guys understand my level of commitment to the weight loss community when I post this before pic, I didnt even know I had them anymore so it was quite weird seeing my old body like that. The first pic was 3 years ago, 4 months before I decided to change my lifestyle and lose the weight and the second pic is me now.
I know that my after body ain’t perfect but its getting better and I love it would do it all again to get to the point where I am today. I’m nervous about posting this but if one person likes it and one person gets motivated or inspired I’m more than happy to share this personal picture.
